when i was about 5 years old, we organized a neighborhood circus in my best friend's back yard. i was the trapeze artist.

When I was a kid I wasn't allowed to go to the circus, for reasons that now, as an adult, are painfully obvious. I hate the circus. I just didn't know that, as a kid.
